Loved the fact that all personnel was so keen on providing the perfect accommodation. A couple of hours upon my arrival there was an issue with the bathtub in my room. After bringing it to the attention of the receptionist, the issue was immediately resolved by offering me a new room on the newly renovated floor. The following morning I mentioned to one of the waitresses at breakfast that I'm a vegan. The following day, even though it was her day off, she specifically asked that I'm provided with all options available. Very, very much appreciated! The housekeeper of my room had the best smile and was so sweet every time we encountered each other! Dear Elias, Christina and Vefa, you made my short vacation a lot more special! Thank you!

Check-in was quick and I was reminded of a refund due to me that I had forgotten about, and the iron and ironing board I had requested to borrow were already in the room when we arrived - that's brilliant service. Breakfast was a huge selection of hot and cold options - you will not go hungry ! Room was large with a comfortable bed and large sofa. Location is excellent - right on Tsimiski Street with all its shopping; dining options in all directions. Waterfront promenade 2 blocks away as is Aristotle Square. History is everywhere !

Coffee, tea, hot chocolate were available in the breakfast room all the time (though I would have enjoyed making coffee in my room). Breakfast was served every morning. It was always tasty and fresh with enough variety for a 3 night stay. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and stay again myself.

Easy and fast check-in, good breakfast selection. Even though it's on a very busy road, the soundproofing is obviously very good, which is great. Secure public parking available near by, paid 25euro for 24hours.
